Section 6 (extract):
(2) The Minister may delegate to the Director or to any wildlife officer such of his powers under this section as he considers necessary or desirable.
Section 39 (extract):
(3) The Director may, acting in accordance with any instructions as may be given by the Minister, delegate any of the powers referred to in subsection (1)(c) to a licensing officer.

6.5 Role of Non-Governmental Organisations
6.5.1 The role of NGOs is to support Government and communities in wildlife conservation and utilisation through technical and financial support and transfer of skills. The reach of NGOs from the international to the grassroots level makes them particularly suitable for community support.
