Diseases of Animals (Prohibition of use of Anabolic Hormones and Thyrostatic Substances) Regulations
Regulation 2 (extract):
"approved laboratory" means laboratory under the direct supervision of the Director.
"authorised laboratory" means any laboratory authorised by the Director to process samples.
Does the law require that laboratory analyses conducted as part of official disease surveillance and control programs (i.e. "official analysis") may only be undertaken by specific approved laboratories?
