Section 6 (exact) Delegation of powers by the Minister The Minister may delegate to the Agency or the Council such of his functions under this Act as he thinks fit.
Section (7) (exact) The Director-General may, with the consent of the Board, delegate to Directors such of the powers and duties conferred upon or delegated to him in terms of this Actas he thinks fit.
