Article 6 :
The following fishery products may not be placed on the market, namely:
(a) toxic species of the following families: Tetraodontidae Molidae, Diodontidae, Canthi gasteridae;
(b) fishery products containing a certain concentration of marine biotoxins, to be determined by the Minister by decision;
(c) endangered species protected by the Convention on International Trade in Endangered and Wild Species concluded in Washington, USA, on 3 March 1975 (T.R.B. 1975 No 23);
(d) fishery products which do not comply with the standards of approval to be determined by decision for sanitary reliability, freshness, coolness and temperature;
(e) live fishery products which do not comply with the health examination standards to be determined by decision.(d) fish products which do not comply with the standards of approval to be determined by State Order for sanitary reliability, freshness, coolness and temperature;
(e) live fish products which do not comply with the health examination standards to be determined by State Order.
Article 7 (1):
Fish products caught or harvested in the natural environment shall be treated hygienically and, where appropriate, packaged, prepared, processed, frozen, thawed or stored hygienically in approved facilities complying with the provisions referred to in Article 29.
Article 29 (1):
Only those facilities which meet the requirements of paragraph 2(c) of this Article shall be approved by the Fish Inspection Institute.
Article 10:
(1) Only meat approved by the Veterinary Service and other products of animal origin intended for human or animal consumption or other purposes, including meat derived from game, may be put up for sale, except for the cases referred to in Articles 21(5) and 22(6).
(2) Meat and/or other products of animal origin, including game-derived meat, shall be prohibited in case of:
(a) intentionally withdraw from inspection or rendered unusable for food for humans and/or animals;
(b) that has been rejected or rendered unusable for human and animal food, or spoiled or otherwise has become unsecured, to sell, to offer for sale, to deliver, to give as gifts, to have to carry or deliver, to have in stock, or, unless in compliance with any legal requirement, to transport or to be transported;
(c)to vent around;

Article 24:
1. The Head can establish rules and regulations with regard to technical and hygiene requirements, procedures and other requirements for the establishment intended for slaughter, processing, packaging, repacking and the sale of farmed game.
2. The Head may establish regulations, procedures and rules for establishments intended for the inspection of game.

Article 5 (b): The prohibitions set out in Articles 2, 3 and 4 do not apply:
designated persons identified by the Director or the Head as his designated replacement, who are authorized under certain conditions to capture, kill or collect for a useful purpose. Before granting a license or license, the Director or the Head as his designated replacement shall hear the Nature Conservation Commission.

Article 4: In the interest of protecting the fish stock, the Minister may lay down rules regarding the number and the species intended for fishing rods and / or hand lines, as well as the numbers of fish, to be determined separately for each species if necessary, which, may be captured or killed during a period open to fishing for such fish species.
Article III: To determine that the CITIS Scientific Authority is entrusted with the following tasks:
f) advising the CITES Management Authority on the establishment and management of quotas, the registration of traders and production activities, the setting up of reception centers and the preparation of proposals to amend the CITES annexes.

Article 17: The investigators are at all times entitled to seize susceptible objects.
They can do request their delivery.

The seized fish shall be released, if it regards live fish, in waterbodies determined by the Attorney-General and, in case it concerns dead fish, they will be donated to facilities of charity to be determined by him.

Article 16: Violation of any of the articles of this Act or the decisions taken pursuant to this Act shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding three months or a fine not exceeding ten thousand guilders.
Not punishable is he who violates this Act for immediate protection of their own or another's person or property.
Article 17: The investigators are at all times entitled to seize susceptible objects.

Article 18: In case of conviction for any act contrary to the provisions of Article 8, Article 13 or contrary to any regulation given pursuant to Article 10, Articles 11 and 12, will be held for a period of 6 months, commencing on the day of the judgment has become irrevocable, the convicted have no authority to hunt and the convict's hunting license will be revoked.
Extract of the sentence is sent to the District Commissioner at the place of residence and abode of the convicted person, to the District Commissioner who has issued a hunting act or license and to the Nature Conservation Commission.
Article 21: The prosecution of an offense made punishable by or pursuant to this Act, which, in the opinion of the Director or a forest management officer authorized by him, has been committed under circumstances that justify a fine, can be prevented by voluntary payment of a transaction fine to be determined by the Director or official, and the costs arising from the discovery of the criminal offense.
The official authorized to impose a transaction fine will thereby issue a receipt signed by him, stating the name and address of the offender, as well as the nature, time and place of the offense.
The payment relieves the offender from any further criminal prosecution for the act committed, without prejudice to his liability for any damage.
Article 6: Infringement of the rules laid down by or pursuant to any of these articles shall be punishable by imprisonment of not more than one month or a fine of not more than one hundred guilders.
