Section 6 (extract)- "(1) The Public Service Commission shall appoint as a public officer the Director of National Parks and Wildlife who shall be responsible for the administration of the provisions of this Act, subject to the general or special directions of the Minister and the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry that are consistent with the provisions of this Act.
(2) The Director may, subject to the other provisions of this Act and to the general or special directions of the Permanent Secretary, delegate any of the Director’s functions to an Assistant Director, a wildlife officer, a member of the Department, a board or to a committee of a board."
