Section 9 (7) The Director-General may, with the consent of the Board, delegate to Directors such of the powers and duties conferred upon or delegated to him in terms of this Act as he thinks fit. Section 11 (4) The Director-General may delegate to officers, inspectors and employees such of the powers conferred upon him in terms of this Act as it thinks fit.
