Article 10 (1): Only meat approved by the Veterinary Service and other products of animal origin intended for human or animal consumption or other purposes, including meat derived from game, may be put up for sale, except in the cases referred to in Articles 21(5) and 22(6).
Article 10(2a): For meat and/or other products of animal origin, including game-derived meat, it is prohibited to:
(a) intentionally withdraw from inspection or rendering unusable for food for humans and/or animals;
Article 17 (2): Animals for slaughter shall be subject to inspection before and after slaughter.
Article 21 (1): Upon admission to the slaughterhouse, the slaughter animal shall be subjected to an ante mortem examination by the Veterinary Inspectors.
Article 24:
1. The Head can establish rules and regulations with regard to technical and hygiene requirements, procedures and other requirements for the facility intended for slaughter, processing, processing, packaging, repacking and the sale of farmed game.
2. The Head may establish regulations, procedures and rules for facilities intended for the inspection of game.
Article 25:
1. The slaughter of farmed game and the ante mortem inspection thereof must take place according to the prescribed method.
2. Rules regarding post mortem inspection of meat derived from game shall be laid down by or pursuant to a State Order. The fee to be paid for this is determined by Ministerial Order.

(2) The ante mortem examination shall be carried out in accordance with procedures and regulations laid down by or pursuant to a State Order.

(3) If the slaughter animal is rejected, it shall be killed and destroyed in accordance with procedures and regulations laid down by or pursuant to a State Order.
(4) If the slaughter animal is approved, it shall bear the prescribed markings.

Article 31
1. Imprisonment of not more than four years and a fine of the sixth category shall be punishable by:
(a) the person intentionally in breach of the prohibition in Articles 10(2), 11(1), 17(1) or 27(1) and (6);
2. A prison sentence of not more than six months and a fine of the third category, or of either of the two penalties, shall be punishable by the following:
(a) the person who, other than on purpose, acts contrary to the prohibition in Articles 10(2), 11(1), 17(1), 27(1) and (6)
3.Violation of the other prohibitions and regulations given by or pursuant to this Act is punishable by imprisonment of a maximum of six months or a fine of the third category, or with one of the two penalties.
4. In the event of a conviction of the guilty party for the offences referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2, the guilty party may be removed from the pursuit of the profession in which he has repeatedly committed such offences.
Article 32: The offences punishable by Article 31(I) are serious offences and the offences laid down in Article 31(2) and (3) are minor offences.
