Regulation 5 (extract):
(1) No person shall use any premises as an abattoir, cutting premises, a cold store, a farmed game handling facility or a farmed game meat plant unless those premises are licensed.
Does the law declare it an offence to operate an establishment that conducts post-mortem analysis on and processes carcasses of hunted wild animal without the appropriate licence?

(1) No person shall use any premises as an abattoir, cutting premises, a cold store, a farmed game handling facility or a farmed game meat plant unless those premises are licensed.
Upon delivery of a carcass of hunted wild animal to the appropriate inspection and processing facility, does the law require the hunter to provide the facility with specific basic information including date and location of death, and/or any abnormalities identified ante-mortem or during the field dressing process?
